a Ruthie Recipe - Yummy Quiche
I love quiche. I just friggin love it. I was wanting to make some and wondered what the points values would be. If you pair this some fruit and a low point drink it makes a great breakfast OR lunch. I can’t wait to make some! -)
1 cup half n half
2 med eggs
pinch of salt
2 cups fresh spinach
3 gloves of garlic, minced
4 slices of bacon
1/3 cup blue cheese
1 frozen pie crust
